   Strongly recommend DO NOT USE, Moved from PA to Fl. Arrived day after as scheduled. They added fees without asking to do this. Stated it would be delivered in 5-7 days. Our goods sat in Washington DC and arrived in Florida. 20 days from pickup. Arriving drivers were contractors and said Witty pays lower than going rate. I called many times to track and they would not answer phone.

   HORRIBLE

   I hate to even give it 1 star. First they give you a binding estimate based on your belongings which they underestimate drastically. We gave them an exact count of boxes and furniture and they quoted us around 4-5k. On moving day it actually cost us 9k. Then they said delivery date was exact. Turns out delivery date is a loose term and they actually meant whenever they feel like it after that date. They also asked for tips and said a 20$ bill was not enough after charging us 9k to load our stuff. This company is a joke.

   Unprofessional, Unreliable, Negligent, Dishonest

   THIS COMPANY HAS HAD MY BELONGINGS FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND IS HOLDING THEM HOSTAGE!!! They REFUSE to give me a delivery date and REFUSE to let me pick up my goods using another moving company. They supposedly have my things in a public storage unit in the OPPOSITE direction of where I am! Ever FARTHER away than where I started off! This company is CRIMINAL- please do not use them. I have done over 30 moves in my lifetime, both cross country and international, and this is by far the WORST "moving company" I have ever used!! Completely unprofessional, money hungry, highly disorganized. ZERO communication or transparency with the customer. They will give you a reasonable quote and then double it upon moving day. That's the only guarantee. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED MOVING DAY! Unbelievable! This was a sign of worse things to come! I have been lied to, put on hold, hung up on, given the runaround, and told "I don't know" a hundred times. I have wasted hours calling and they do not return phone calls! My stuff has simply disappeared! They do not have the business sense, logistics, or financial wherewithal to be conducting long distance moves or even high volume moves. They should NOT be in business at all! Beware of these guys. They are dishonest and DO NOT care about your precious things, or the havoc it is wreaking on your life to be living with NOTHING for months.
