Overall they did a pretty decent job. They were very late in their arrival. I was told they would beat my place at 8 am, I didn't receive a call from them until 9:45 saying they were running late and that they would be there between 11-12. They called again at 11:30 saying the movers were 30 minutes away, and they finally arrived at 12:30. They said I misunderstood the quoted arrival time and that they meant to say they would arrive sometime between 8-12, even if that is true, they still missed a 4 hour window and when you are moving, wasted time adds up. Once we got to the new place the crew seemed a little rushed to get out of here and did not offer to reposition any of the furniture or really give me time to check everything for damage. When I did look after they left I noticed multiple dings on my furniture. They were one of the cheaper companies in the area and I guess you get what you pay for.

Besides being an hour late, I thought they did a good job. supposed to have 3 guys and 5 showed up. 2 in a personal vehicle. guys were nice, but once the move was complete, that is when the problems started. tools went missing and wife's diamond necklace is missing. also tip was not distributed evenly. gave to one of the guys and he decided to keep 25% for himself and still take a cut of the remaining 75%. would not recommend to anyone that wants all of their belongings moved without disappearing.

These guys were fast and worked hard the whole time. That day we only had some misc. items and a bedroom set to move. The problem was they dented my bed frame and scratched the dresser and night stands by placing boxes on top. When I filed a claim for repairs it was denied. The reasons were: Customer states that much of the damage was done by the placement of boxes the customer had provided, The customer provided the truck and moving blankets. As we provided labor only, the items were not in our custody for the entire move and we were not responsible for insuring adequate materials to protect them. Needless to say I was very disappointed to be blamed for the damage to my furniture when I never touched the items. I would not recommend these people to anybody.

I prepared everything I could in advance, like removing drawers from furniture. Two movers showed up when they said they would; filled their 14-foot truck with furniture in one hour; and emptied it in less than one hour. They carried everything with straps, so there was no dolly banging the furniture on stairs. Both were polite and professional. I was extremely happy.

I utilized 4WeHelp for a local move on September 1, 2011. John, the person with whom I had my initial contact, was friendly, courteous, helpful, and thoroughly professional and he arranged a rather hasty (2 days notice) move for me. Matt and Gene, the two 4WeHelp employees who showed up on moving day, arrived on-time and wasted no time in starting the truck loading process. They were polite, courteous, and conscientious throughout the entire moving process. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone contemplating a move.
