Alex, Cole, Thomas and Cecil helped us move two weeks ago. They did a great job and we're very diligent on getting the job done quickly and effectively. They were very respectful, polite, and careful with our things.

I hired them through for a Full Service.Appointment was for Thursday 10/29/2015 3:30pm sent me update emails that it will be late, showed up at 6:00pm couldn't see anymore and rescheduled for Sunday 11/01/2015 7:30am, 1 mover came at 8:15am 2nd one at 9:00 am.The job should have not taken more than 4 hours but it took them 6 hours.I wanted the washer and the dryer in the basement and they said it won't fit to go down the stairs.I had a delivery next day and people that brought my range oven moved both dryer and washer in the basement in 15 minutes.Monday after I saw how quick the washer and dryer went down in the basement I called A to Z spoke with Barb and told her that the moving took too long and that the movers did not take my washer and dryer in the basement, she called me back and she said she spoke with the owner and the owner will call me back but never did.I paid $720 to A to Z and $100 to the other guys that actually took the washer and dryer in the basement.I would not recommend them, very slow and won't finish the job.Never got a receipt either.

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!! On July 2nd A to Z moving and driving, LLC was hired to load an ABF truck for myself. Upon arrival I asked the movers to make sure they put my furniture on the truck. I further stated that I could ship 1500 pounds of carge at no charge so please do not load the boxes and tubs unless needed. The movers were very cordial and very nice at all tim..es stated to me that they would get my furniture on the truck that they were "professionals" and that I should not worry. I stated that I needed my furniture for sure on the truck at least 5 times before they even loaded anything in the truck. They continued to load in the front of the truck the boxes 3 rows of boxes!! I again stated please I need my furniture. They again reassured me that they would get the furniture on the truck. After 4 hours they quickly changed their story and said that they did not think that they could fit everything in it and start deciding what I wanted to leave behind. At this point my kitchen table, 2 couches, 4 chairs, a hutch, a wine rack, a dresser, and some miscellaneous tools were left out. So I had to decide what items were going to be left behind. I was a little upset at this point because at the beginning I was very adamant about not leaving my furniture. This request was not fulfilled my couch and 4 chairs were left behind..Now I have to fly back to Cleveland and rent another truck and incur more expenses because they did not respect my request. Also, I have tried to contact "the always open" business 5 times to obtain a receipt for the said service and they have not called me back and they have not provided me with a receipt!! I personally spoke with the owner two times and he assured me that he would call me back and provide me with a receipt. Still no receipt and still no phone call back. PLEASE DO NOT USE A to Z moving and storage they are the worst experience that I have ever had with movers!!

I had an excellent experience with Amber and Zak. I used the company to move from Cleveland, OH to New York City. I packed my own boxes; A to Z loaded the van and drove it to NYC and unloaded with additional local help. Amber did the scheduling and was always there to help with the questions. the rates were upfront and clear. Zak was at the loading, driving and unloading. I could not be more pleased.

I used A to Z Moving three times in the past year. The first time I just moved from one apartment to another in the same building, I got Zak and was pleased. The second move we got a different crew and were not happy since we felt they goofed off a bit. The third time I requested Zak again and was told he would do the move. I was contacted the night before and told that Zak was not available. The crew that showed up were nice but took 7 hours to pack a 2 bedroom apt into a truck and unpack the truck. And at the end of the day this is what we found..Multiple boxes on their side or upside down, including boxes marked fragile or electronics. Three instances of boxes clearly marked fragile underneath boxes of books (including a box labeled vases/fragile on its side with books stacked on top). A box placed on a portion of a lamp shade. Another lamp shade frame was bent. A picture frame with wood broken off in 3 places. A rip in the fabric of my desk chair. In the garage they left the TV on the cold concrete floor. More boxes in the garage on their side or upside down. And maybe most disturbing was a completely demolished wooden chair that they failed to mention broke during the move. End tables and bookcases were nicked even though I provided them with furniture pads. And now Amber will not respond to my complaints. Do yourself a favor and use another mover.
