This company All American Moving Group are nothing but pure scammers. They subcontract jobs to other companies and will skip out on paying. Beware if you are asked to subcontract from these scammers especially on loading jobs. The driver Mike at +1 (954) 422-3751 and his accomplice Albey at +1 (305) 431-1754 will tell you they are going to ATM to get cash to pay and will take off. Since it’s a load the house is already emptied out. Customers beware as hiring this company is opening yourself up to nefarious circumstances. The scams this company pulls can potentially endanger you or your loved ones. They are playing dangerous games with people time, sweat and livelihoods. DO NOT HIRE this company for Moves. DO NOT SUBCONTRACT EITHER. Make sure you get payment upfront. This company by most reviews you seen on here are fraudulent, misleading and scammers. BEWARE

Initial estimate was around ~$10k, and final price was over $25k. They did not send anyone out to do the estimate. Every time we talked, the price went up. We gave them a delivery date and location, and the week prior, we were told there would be an additional charge to actually guarantee that date.

I gave a precise list of items to be moved. They estimated 499 cubic feet. That isn't much. At the time of the move they jacked the price up 50%. Then would not return my phone calls. They purposely underestimated cubic feet so that they could charge more.

I contracted with All American Moving to help me with my move from Arizona to Kansas. My experience with All American Moving Group was great. It started to go sideways when the job was subcontracted to ABC Movers. I was told by All American Moving that 1/2 of the remaining balance of the charges would be due at the time of pickup & the remaining 1/2 would be due on delivery. When ABC Movers came to load my belongings, I was told that I would have to pay 75% of the outstanding balance on pickup (it was already too late to change my mind since they had already started loading the truck) & the 25% balance would be due on delivery. I spoke to the ABC Movers contact, Idar Moyal, to inform him of the agreement that I had with All American Moving & he continued to argue with me that All American Moving gave me incorrect information. At this point, I had no choice, but to pay the 75%. I called ABC Movers on 7/25/24 to arrange delivery of my possessions on 8/14/24, but am not real confident that this will happen. My last contact with ABC Movers was on 7/27 saying that my file had been updated. I would say that I would make sure who your move is being subcontracted out to before signing any contract.

I waited a few days before my review to make sure that I was being fair to all involved! So here goes! First, the movers on both ends were excellent. The downside was that there were multiple add on costs that kept coming up. Not knowing that I wasn't renting a truck and three guys, I get it now that you pay by the piece. Second, the delivery day is not guaranteed like I was told originally. They also could not tell me where my stuff was. Very disappointing when you expect something, and it is a no show. Not being a mover and now discovering that All American is a broker that subs out the work, makes more sense. Expect to pay more, and be aware that delivery times can be up to 21 business days!!!! If this would have been a same day move, it would have been much smoother. I think they were looking to maximize the load with others going East.
