We had a great experience with this company. Amazing pricing and a group of very hardworking individuals. They treated my family, myself and our belongings gps with such care and respect. We moved from the east to west coast and we were very happy All City Van Lines was recommended to us.

I never knew how difficult and stressful moving could be until I had an emergency and had to quickly move out of my home. I have only had to move 2x in my lifetime and both moves were local in New York. However, this time around I had to move back home to Florida to take care of my parent who became very ill. I heard of All City Van Lines from word of mouth and I hired them on the spot. The best decision I have ever made. They were very professional, understanding and took there time with my during a trying time in my life. I am forever grateful to All City Van Lines and the entire staff. The price was very reasonable and there were NO NO hidden fees tact on. Thank you again.

I can't say enough about All City Van Lines and the services my family and I received. The office staff (Liz and Jenifer) made sure to explain all the charges and gave us pointers on how to prepare. They stressed the importance in us providing them with an accurate inventory to avoid any additional fees above the estimate they gave us. They asked that we be prepared and pack to avoid packing fees which is an extra charge. We listened and took all the advice to heart. Few things to expect from them is: 1. They arrived on-time 2. The head mover explained everything upon arriving. 3. They wrapped all of our furniture with blankets for protection. 4. All movers were kind and respectful to my family. 5. They marked all of our items indicating what rooms everything came out, which made things easy when they delivered. 6. The movers that delivered set everything up in our new place and made sure everything was in order before they left our home. 7. Most importantly, we received an estimate from them and the price was NOT A CENT MORE. BTW: Our move took place on July 2, 2016 from White Plains, NY to Tampa, FL. We paid $4300 and it was worth every penny. This did not include the generous gratuity we gave the movers for the outstanding work they provided. Our movers were Pete or Peter, Mike, Wesley and a gentleman they called D.

I hired them to move me from NY to Florida. At first things to be ok I worked with Jennifer. When it came closer to the move I changed my inventory list and this is where became to much for Jennifer to handle. When the movers arrived they informed me that I needed to pay extra for special packing for my mirror table and tv. I contacted Jennifer and she was very rude and aggressive towards me. They also forgot to charge my deposit in Feb waited Til March then over drafted my account. I advised Jennifer of this and she failed to inform her boss Diana. While the movers where there picking up my stuff I spoke to Diana she apologized for all my issues I was having and advised the movers to special wrap my stuff at no charge due to my overdraft fees that I was hit with due to their error. So in reality they didn't give me anything at no charge. Upon my stuff arriving in Florida my 42" tv glass stand that was "specially " packed by their drivers came shattered in pieces. The driver delivering the stuff called my cell when I confirmed with Diana numerous times they needed to call my fiancé since he was in Florida and I was still in NY. The driver was very rude. I told him that I already told them to call my fiancé. The driver threw the office under the bus and said no one told him anything was very rude and hung up on me. When I called my fiancé the driver was there he started interrupting my conversation with my fiancé and accused me of cursing which I did no such thing. When the stand was visibly broken the driver than offers 20.00 to my fiancé for the damage. I contacted the office and spoke to Diana. I advised her I was not happy with the driver and the fact that my tv was broken. She was very short with me said to just send her pics she didn't have time to talk to me about this today and then rudely hung up the phone. I will never use this company again. I just want my glass stand stand replaced for my tv and then move on. I don't recommend this company to anyone. From the start I had issues but I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. Terrible customer service and terrible delivery service.

We hired All City for a move from New York City to Ohio. We were impressed by the owner, Andre, who came to our home and spent about 45 minutes going over the inventory personally. He didn't leave our home until he was clear about our needs and presented us with a binding estimate based on our cubit footage. As this was an employment related move, All City worked seamlessly with my office to nail down move details, especially Diana All City's office manager. On move day, Andre came out as promised with his crew and worked with them to pack and load the truck. They took tremendous care with all our items. Diana came out to as well to insure the move was to our satisfaction. Our inventory was delivered the next day per Andre's estimate. The crew moved everything in, unpacked, assembled various items and were mindful not to scuff, bruise, scratch or damage one item, wall or surface in our new place. The crew was courteous and very conscientious as well. There's always some level of anxiety when dealing with moving companies due to the less than favorable reputation the industry has. Our experience with All City Van Lines dispels the war stories for us. I rate All City highly and recommend their use for your next move.
