My experience was awful and I do not recommend Alpha Moving to anyone. The chief of the crew was all the time very rude, and since the beginning has been trying to make additional money on us. He arrived telling that he had parked the truck in a forbidden place and we would have to pay all the fines and tickets (however, the contract set forth that all the tickets were Alpha Moving liability), that if the moving was late, he would charge us more, and by the end of the day we had a very hard time with him. We hired the crew to pack our kitchen stuff. They only packed one box and such box has disappeared. We have been trying for almost 3 months to recover the box or have an insurance cover. It is our worst experience ever with a service provider in US.

I would like to thank Alpha Moving for their professionalism in moving my son from one apartment to another in Hoboken NJ. They made our move very smooth and they even carried a sofa up 4 flights of stairs when our furniture company said no because the sofa didn’t fit in the elevator. The 3 men on the deserve credit, they were very patient and moved us very quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone. Then when they were done a supervisor came into the apartment to make sure everything was ok. I cannot thank you enough.

Used Alpha last week and it was a pleasant experience. They showed on time, courteous, professional and so nice. Wrapped all the furniture and delivered it without so much as a tiny scratch or breakage. The best part of this move was the contract. What you signed is what you paid. No hidden fees like a lot of the other movers. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!! I forgot, they also put all the furniture together and made sure we had it where we wanted it.

I am glad that I hired Alpha Moving and Storage for my relocation. Two weeks ago I shifted from New Jersey to New York with the help of this company. The executives were really professional and did everything perfectly. Every bit of the shifting process was taken care of. Quality packing material, expert packing, GPS fitted trucks and affordable charges were a part of their services. Thanks once again to Alpha Moving and Storage for making my move so trouble free.
