"Holly Davis" is the owner of the company and is who I dealt with. I gave her a $250.00 pre-payment for services rendered and after three appointment times that she made where no one showed and not even a courtesy call, I realized that I was being scammed! "Holly Davis" after three months now only lectures me on my behavior at the same time she is "ripping me off"! Avoid this company; it's not even a real company!

Do not under any circumstances book this company for your move. Josh the owner is quick to take your deposit and over promise - But come moving day will duck your calls, pretend he's in meetings and lie to your face. I truly do not believe this company has any other employees other than Josh and is a complete scam of a business. I booked two movers a month in advance, and he assured me they would be there the morning of 5/27/22. On the day of my move, the movers never showed - Even though Josh said several times "They were probably just held up at another job and would be there soon". After a while he just completely stopped answering his phone, so we were forced to do the entire move by ourselves. I now have to wait 5 days to get my deposit back from him. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Josh, if you're reading this - You should consider another line of work.

First off, Joshua is the owner who has terrible communication and doesn’t return calls or emails. When I first called, he didn’t even ask the amount of rooms, square footage, or type of items that are being moved. The workers not only took breaks after 30 minutes and the job is an hourly job of $199 per hour! Tools were supposed to be provided to take apart my bed they didn’t even have the proper tools to take apart my king bed, which since they were hourly and going slow I unboxed my tools and took apart the bed myself. As you can see by the picture below I got damage to a door from the workers not taking apart a table in the basement which all they had to do is take the legs apart but caused damage. I called Joshua asking how to resolve the damage and all that was said is that he’d take care of it.i explained the urgency of getting it fixed as I was selling my home the following Friday and ensured it’d be fixed. Called over and over and over with excuses of being busy or car breaking down and not picking up his phone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A RIP OFF! DAMAGE YOUR THINGS WITH NO RESOLUTION!! SCAMMERS!!

I put a deposit down for a move I scheduled for 2 weeks out. They had me pay $298 for a deposit the day I scheduled, which was a Friday. I then called that following Monday to cancel my move. they said my deposit would be refunded. A week later I hadn't seen it refunded so I called again. They said they would call me back and never did. They never refunded my deposit either. Scam ALERT!
