It has been a couple of years since this move happened. At the time I promised the movers to write a positive review but I never did. I am making good on that promise. The most memorable event of this move was the fact that I had recently had knee surgery and had been unable to completely finish packing everything. Instead of canceling the move and charging me a cancelation fee these guys helped me pack the remainder of my belongings and did the move. There was not a single complaint or gripe. Not one. The move was skilled, careful and professionally done. Here it is a couple of years later and I am still grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Thank-you.

We used Amenity Moving & Storage for a small move. We had purchased a motorized recliner chair for my husband. Our movers were Patrick and JR. Patrick took the lead as he appeared to have more experience and they worked very well together. JR appeared eager to learn and also to work. Patrick took the initiative and asked permission to remove our old piece of furniture via the picture window. These young men were very responsible and respectful to us and to our home and furniture. They are a proud asset to Amenity and we will not hesitate to call them again. Thank You very much! Amenity is lucky to have you and it also shows me Amenity cares about their customers. My husband and I have used Amenity Movers 3 times and we were delighted with their service and their helpful and pleasant crews. The men were efficient, friendly and the cost was very affordable. They never took a break and had tools on hand to disassemble and reassemble our furniture with never a complaint. Also, they were so very careful in packing and moving our furniture - nothing was ever damaged. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Move within Naperville. We recently moved my dad from the Carillon club to our home in South Naperville and used amenity movers. They did a great job and wereon time, stuck to their quoted price and did not break anything and got us moved in in a professional and courteous manner. We would certainly recommend them again and use them if the need arose. Peter and Jennifer.

I usually don't take the time to review a company but the experience that I had with this moving company is worthy of immediate praise as they are an exceptional company. Amenity Moving and Storage assisted in coordinating our temporary move (they moved us to their temperature controlled storage until our new house was ready to move in). Prior to the final move day (yesterday), they picked up all items stored in our local storage unit and loaded those on to the truck along with the items they were storing. Now for the best part..moving day (they drove 5 hours to get to my new house) and I have never experienced more professional, respectful, nice and hardworking men as I did with this company. They have many years of experience and know how to move all types of furniture with great care and pride - making sure not to damage anything. They managed to get my baby grand piano down a narrow flight of stairs that had a sharp turn. I am sure that most moving companies would have said that it was impossible to move this piano down this stair case. Amenity did it without complaint, taking their time to ensure that nothing would break and it looks perfect. It was very obvious that they have moved thousands of pianos as they knew how to maneuver every inch of our baby grand so that it would not get ruined, nicked, chipped, damaged piano keys and any other possible problems. If I had to rate them on a scale of 1 - 10, I would give them a 10++ Also..the office staff is amazing and a special thank you to Sandy who gave me a great sense of calmness when I first embarked upon this moving journey. Sandy was efficient, organized and was able to give me direction from day one. As she toured the house I was selling, she gave me ideas as to how I could save money with my move as well as the best ways to pack what I had. Thanks in part to Sandy's guidance, I was able to sell my house in within 24 hrs. THANK YOU AMENITY MOVING AND STORAGE!! - you made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Last but not least..THANK YOU MIKE!! You are the most awesome person that I could have ever imagined to have assisted us with this move.
