DO NOT USE ARNOFF MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY!!
ARNOFF IS A RACIST COMPANY. I worked at Arnoff for 6 weeks and I was fired because I complained to Donte Desantis and Dan Arnoff because my Supervisor Michele Ferraro kept wearing a political shirt at work and made the comment, "Black Lives Matter Movement is a Dangerous group." I also complained about a Lets Go Brandon coffee cup that kept making its way by my dest. You can see the picture for yourself. When I showed it to HR, Alyssa Bergenson she asked why I have that picture, I said its called evidence of the hostile work environment you made me deal with!! Alyssa Bergenson then tried to put her hands on me in the process and I had to tell her not to touch me! This company said that they would handle the problem and their way of doing this was to fire me and to keep the racist supervisor. I was forced to be the errand runner for the office because Donte Desantis is overweight and can't walk up and down the stairs, and my supervisor Michele Ferraro who was hired after me has breathing issues. Our office is located on the second floor and she took the position knowing that, also she was hired knowing this information as well, and I was the person who was forced to make multiple trips up and down the stairs to accommodate both of my bosses. Both of my bosses bonded over the fact that they had similar political beliefs and could outsource their errands to me. Michele Ferraro was hired 2 weeks after I was and was hired as my supervisor meaning that she would be paid more then I was. Because she was hired after me, that meant that I was also in charge or helping her learn her new job---makes sense right, someone who just started and is making less money should really be put in a position of training her supervisor right? Well this is exactly what happened at Arnoff. My last week of working with Arnoff I had to deal with correcting mistakes that were made by one of our sales associates, Adam Napell. IF you read all of the reviews that have been posted here within the last week you will see another screw up by this salesman. Not only was the delivery address wrong in his signed proposal but also the price was wrong!! Again!! This is the second huge mistake I have seen while working here. This mistake was once again at the cost of the CLIENT, not the company even thought it was the Salesman's fault, not the customers. Not only did this mistake cost the customer but it also alarmed me because when the mistake was corrected suddenly emails from the client and salesman became confidential, and after questioning it I was given the answer that it was because the payer is oversees?? I honestly think that something illegal was going on and that was why I was not privy to the information. Why else would a conversation that has been going on for days be considered confidential? If you read below in the other reviews that were completed within the last week you will read about how another move was done completely wrong, costing the customer time and money. Arnoff will never take any kind of responsibility for their wrongs, they simply don't care about their employees or their customers!! I highly recommend that EVERYONE STAYS FAR FAR AWAY FROM ARNOFF MOVING AND STORAGE!!
I would also like to ask for people to speak out against the racism and the political reterhic by calling and voicing your concerns. Call them and let them know that we will not stand for DISCRIMINATION, HATE, AND POLITICAL RETHERTIC
