Upon making reservation was told they only had one truck available the day of our move and advised us to rent an additional truck from Uhaul. We did then morning of our move they showed up with 2 trucks, now we had 3 trucks and only needed 2. We did not take time to read the fine print nor was the insurance discussed with us so unfortunately we did not buy the insurance. The Movers were careless: dragging large, heavy bookcases down our carpet, slamming furniture through our door frames causing damage to our furniture and several door frames in our brand new home. "Matt" has told us numerous times that he was sending a check to cover the repairs to our new home. Several weeks later and still no check. This is not a company that I would ever use or recommend. Wish I had used a different moving company!
