Spoke to Jonathan and Brian on Feb 11, 2025. We fell hard for their sales pitch and put down our deposit same day. Three days later they charged our card for the deposit again. Phone call after phone call and text after text about getting the money either returned or added to the move and us given a receipt never happened. Moving day, two kids showed up in an unmarked truck saying they were contracted to do our move, after taking only a handful of our items they come back saying that our new quote is 10k and we needed to pay 4500 in cash right then. We spent 2 hours on the phone the day before measuing all our stuff so they could be sure what space we would need and how much of the truck it would take up it never even got close to 3k. So after we get that handled and stuff taken off the truck they leave with my living room and dinning room items and a few gym things and some other small furniture pieces. its coming up on 21 days later and we have still not gotten any calls about when our stuff will be delivered to our new home, nothing and not even an invoice of what they took. Ive hired movers in the past before and we were given stickers to put on all the items that were put on the truck and a final invoice of what was loaded was given to us before the movers left. these two guys not only did not do this they kept speaking to their boss in Arabic while in our home and getting upset that we refused to pay them 4500 in cash. We have had to start a police report and a fraud report with our bank and while doing this all the communications came from different company names and none of them are able to be replied to in order to get a response. Not sure what happened from 2023 and 2024 and these people's reviews but what I have experienced is a nightmare and I am pretty sure I am never going to see my belongings again even after hiring an attorney to sue this company. Please if you are considerign hiring these people I beg you DON'T THERE ARE OTHER MOVERS OUT THERE DON'T BUY THESE PEOPLE'S SALES PITCH....
