Our initial quote was less than $3,000 and on the day of moving it was over $5,000. We were initially told that the original price would not change so that was a lie. They arrived with a 26 foot truck but it was already half filled with someone else’s stuff! We were told that if we filled the truck completely then we would be charged more. Everything then was a lie from the beginning and if you wanted to take stuff of the truck, your own stuff, they would even charge you for that!
They showed up a day late and communication was the worst. You can hardly get in contact with anyone.
I felt that we were scammed. It took them 23 days to finally arrive with our belongings. They continuously changed the date for delivering our stuff and it was always a lie so we lost many days of work and wages thinking that they would show up with our stuff when they kept saying they would.
When the truck finally arrived we had many broken boxes, broken furniture and missing items including a tote of irreplaceable items and also our bed mattresses. I have read similar reviews online and this all seems to be the normal response from others also.
We have tried to contact them for over a week to be able to file a claim and nobody picks up their phone or calls back.
They owe us some type of refund since they lost some of our items and mattresses but there’s no response back. I’ve reported them on BBB and filed a complaint.
They need to stop doing this to people. They should go out of business. Please don’t use them and warn others as we have been doing.
