We are an elderly couple my husband a disabled vet and I am 72. Cannot recommend this company in any way We moved a two bedroom one office Garage and shed Plus 4 birds 300 yards down the road where quoted 4 Men 10 hours, They arrived late said they needed plywood for their Truck the never used it we were quote two men for the garage and shed two for the house a large truck and a van arrived, The supervisor said the quoter {the owner did not know what he was talking about they would all work the house 10 hours later one load was taken to the new house I had to move the birds cages and bird stands myself. they moved two large fish tanks 2/3rds of two floors only in 10 hours the garage and shed where never touched they demanded top tips and said they would be back 2 days later. But never arrived, I was left to move the rest of thew house garage and shed by myself, we complained to the office, but our calls where never returned no apology no interest no care disgraceful poor service poor management lazy movers disorganized and overpriced. 10 hours 4 men one truckload 300 yards up the same road moved less than half of what we were quoted for plus they strong armed us for high tips promising to complete the move Do not use this company

The guys were respectful and fast they padded my table top glass and got to my new place in perfect condition Will definitely use them again Thanks guys.

I would not recommend BNT Movers to anyone. The cost was much higher than expected; their estimated time for the job was much greater than stated; there was damage to two pieces of furniture as well as the wall in the new residence. The first time they came they initiated a conversation about how much of a "tip" they were getting and they expected a tip for both pick-up and delivery of furniture - None of this was communicated my management. One of the men asked for vodka from my refridgerator. Poorly managed; no response after informing them of damage. Still not responding to attempts to reach them re: damage and repairs. DO NOT CONSIDER BNT FOR YOUR MOVE!

I have nothing good to say about this company. Clothes were all moldy & mildew, as was some the furniture. They broke the glass shelves for my china closet and never told me. It took them 13 hours to pack up the house , should have only taken them about 8 hours. I was over charged for boxes, tape & paper. Needless to say I would never use BNT Movers again, nor would I recommend them. I'm still waiting to get my shoes & winter coats back. It's been 3 weeks. We moved in on Dec. 6th. I got the same story, truck broke down, they never showed on the 5th and never called me. I waited all day in a empty house, slept on the floor that night. I paid them over $5,000. for storage, dumpster and move. Big rip off.

This company moved me months ago and put my belongings into their storage. I have been trying to get access to my storage to get my belongings for several months and I still have not be able to get access to my unit or any of my belongings. I don’t even know if my items are even in their hotels but they take my money every month. My parents used them as well and half of their items are missing and half of what was delivered to them was damaged. It has been over 6 months that I have been asking to get my items.
