This company moved us from California to Tennesse in May 2022. Original estimate was $6000. When movers arrived the foreman told us we had to pay $7000 more and if we cancelled the move we would have lost our deposit. The total move costed us over $14,000. When items arrived in Tennesse we had to put in storage as our home wasn't ready. They numbered every item and going through the boxes as we were moving there were missing over 20 items. After unpacking realizing what was missing all our electronic devices and video consoles and games and other items. My two pugs ashes are missing !!! I called and talked to Katie Cook and she finally sent me a claim from which was submitted but after 3 months it was denied and I had to resubmit the whole claim that was in April 2023. They have now ghosted me. No one will call me back or answer my emails. Some extensions have my number blocked. I just want a settlement I realize things deprecate but they don't ever respond. Heavy duty totes that said fragile on them had feet prints on them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This horrid company gave me a quote and then charged me double once it was packed and the manager showed up. They packed very poorly and left stuff behind. Once it was delivered I was missing many pieces (like the legs to my desk) and worse yet, they broke in to my wife's jewelry boxes and stole every single item that was worth anything, I'm glad that she was wearing her wedding ring, but they stole probably close to 10k worth of jewelry, they stole parts of my motorcycle like a seat and a sissy bar, an electric leaf blower, a brand new set of pots and pans still in the box and so many other things that were boxed away in other boxes. She died last month, heartbroken over the things that she knew about being stolen from her leaving me with my anger over what they did to her and us. I hope Karma comes calling for these thieves in a big way.

Like every other review, the price doubled once they got there and packed everything. Sprung it on me with my whole house in boxes in the driveway that it's now $20k vs the original $11k, and threatened to just leave, so now you're stuck. They should send someone to properly assess how much stuff you have when giving the quote. Terrible company.

We moved from California to Arizona. Our cost was doubled once the truck was loaded. We didn’t use a semi truck,all our items fix in a box truck. We had to unload the truck in Arizona with the help of one driver, we called for help. (Interesting they send 4 guys to pack the home) We unloaded truck in dark until almost 9pm. Lift on truck was broken, we had to use a narrow metal ramp. Wasn’t safe! We have called no answer. They Won’t return calls. Items broken, damaged. Filed complaint. They won’t respond to voicemails or emails. We are in our sixties, we needed help! This also caused us physical pain. It’s been over the 120 days since we filed the complaint. If you pay by check they will hold you items for over 20 days before they will deliver. They want money Zelle to someone’s personal account or cash for payment. Don’t use this company.

This company is responsible for the theft and destruction of 10 of $1000 of our belonging and has basically disappeared into the night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They do not answer calls, e-mails or any other type of communications. They never got the proper California license and listed as OUT OF SERVICE by FMCA.
