Very unprofessional, would not ever use this company again. I spent a lot of time cleaning up after them (empty tape rolls, cigarette butts, pieces of broken furniture). Numerous items broken at final destination (nothing was secured in the truck), all hardware missing from items they disassembled (had to go buy new), did not have the proper supplies (asked us to go to the store and buy them), and half of the furniture was not protected when loaded on the truck. I was told to file a claim but the company will not answer the phone or respond to emails. Cost of the move more than doubled and they would not touch a thing until they were paid in full. Failed to load all furniture, almost a week late for delivery, did not assemble a single item upon arrival, they were in a huge hurry to unload and leave.
