Damaged drywall with a large hole, a $2000 exercise machine destroyed after the company reassured me they could handle it, belongings left behind after they were pointed out to a mover, Drew, during a final walk through, and two young men with minimal experience sent to move a house full of belongings with a truck that was too small…
Cav Movers created a terrible moving experience for me and my family, followed by no apologies from the company and an empty promise to repair the exercise machine. I did a review on here about a good experience I once had with this company, but I can no longer recommend them. I will never use Cav Movers again. One of the two young men who had only been with the company for four months was very friendly and motivated, but his efforts were not enough to change what was a poorly done moving job and an unprofessional response.
