He took the time to answer all of my questions, provide clear and detailed estimates, and ensure I understood every step of the process. Unlike other companies, Zeek didn’t rush or pressure me; he offered thoughtful, transparent guidance that made me feel confident and at ease.
Our move ended up being more complicated than expected, as we needed temporary storage for about a month or two due to delayed home renovations. I was already stressed about the logistics, but Zeek and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Not only did they handle the move seamlessly, but Zeek also arranged for us to store our items in a safe, clean facility—and, as if that wasn't generous enough, he offered us the first month of storage for free! He was a great communicator, keeping us updated throughout the day and addressing any concerns immediately. The team moved quickly but with extreme care, wrapping everything securely and handling even our most fragile belongings like they were their own. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing a high-quality service. The entire move was completed ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus.
