Movers arrived in time. They spoke little English which made it difficult to understand.The move running smoothly until they reached Goshen,NY. After unloading my things into the house my cousin checked truck for items left behind,there were none. Once I got to Goshen I noticed two pieces missing, a heavy canvas bag carrying pot Lids and a large dresser Mirror. My theory,the canvas bag fell on to the Mirror and if that didn't happen were is the mirror? I gave the movers a generous tip and when they arrived to Goshen my daughter provided Pizza and cool drinks for them AND another tip. The Movers neglected to mention the incident to us. I feel betrayed by this company. They are not professionals, they were sneaky, deceitful and not worthy of work given to them. I called Brad at Empire Movers and explained the situation and he assured me a call back once he addressed the movers for an explanation. After a week of not hearing from Brad it was clear this company were not going to take responsibility for this.

This moving company was a great company. It was one of my favorite moving companies that I had ever gone with. I will use them in the future and I will recommend this company to family and friends. They help me from start to finish and they were in my opinion five stars. Excellent movers. They were motivated and drive to work. They weren't lazy, took care of my items and we never had any problems with the move. Everything went great and I just wanted to thank you guys for doing everything this possible. I'm just happy that my friend told me about this moving company. I just want to thank you guys for everything.

Best of the best movers. I couldn't see how good of a job this company did. I appreciate the service they provided me with. The movers were motivated, smart and did a fantastic job. Overall I would rate this company more than 5 stars. It was impressive. Me and my husband will use these people again. Also we will recommend this company to all of my family and friends. Thank you guys for everything. I will be moving in a year and I will be a returning customer. Thank you once again.

These guys did everything for me. I didn't even lift a finger. They came with the truck and wrapped and packed everything for me. I appreciate the honesty and the help from these guys because it would of taken days to pack everything. I also put about 13 items of furniture in the storage unit they had in Florida and the price wasn't that bad because they also helped me move everything. I thought I would have to pack my car full of stuff but they fit everything in the truck and it was on its way. Thank you guys for all the hard work and help during this!!

City empire movers did such a great job of my move I am ecstatic with the way they wrapped my furniture and completed my move from start to finish. I was a little iffy about picking a mover online and over the phone having bed pissed experience but after seeing the reviews and A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and seeing that they were real mover and not a broker I deafly was on board with giving these guys a shot and they did not let me down.. I was really worried about a few choice items that were glass and fragile but they actually offered me full packing for an additional amount which was very reasonable with all the glass I have. Jason was my rep and he was with me from start to finish what a great job Jason thanks again. If I ever move again I will be using these guys they are my movers for life now.
