Run from this poorly rated company, My advice is go to the BBB look at all the horrible reviews on this company, They have horrible customer service and I feel they should let you know who actually moves your stuff. I paid over 10,000.00 to have them move my stuff to Arizona from Washington. They dumped my stuff 1/4 mile from my new home out onto the grass and they literally threw my furniture off the truck breaking much of my furniture, When my husband said hey WTF? they said just file a complaint with the company. Which is a major problem I got assigned a guy named Tom@coast2coastvanlines.com who must not work there anymore because after I sent him pictures of my damaged stuff he was supposed to send me a claim form to fill out, that form never came and every email and call to him since has gone unanswered. I do not know why they just don't tell me who the moving company who actually moved my stuff is so I can deal with them directly its like a game to them. I sure wish I would have used a local company that had good reviews and to know that my stuff would have only gone through one company. I do not know who all these people are giving great reviews they must be an exception to the rule. I wish I would have done better checking on this company. But I was grieving the loss of my only child. And Justin the original broker I talked to was very nice and seemed understanding, but he was just a liar.
