Looking for a good mover amongst the chaos of this stressful time is challenging in the least. Cross Country Movers in Calgary very much answered the bell and reassured me that they were professional and very capable. However, once committed, the incompetence became very apparent and my worst fears were very much my reality. The lip service was professional and courteous. The move was far from that. Change of delivery date with no communication with me, A third party pickup, which wanted to be paid on the spot. They must not trust Cross Country movers either. You are insured for millions but destroying your furniture, you will get, nothing and be insulted for the quality of your furnishing and be accused of trying to extort money from them. It is noteworthy that this company is not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau and they have an F rating with them. It was a mistake to hire these people, do not make the same mistake.
