I cannot state enough in words how disappointed I am in this company. when they were trying to secure my account, they kept calling and emailing me. they assured me that it usually only takes 3-4 days for my things to arrive. I had them pack up my things 4 days earlier so that I could ensure that my things arrived on time. after they had packed up my things, I kept calling them - they no longer called me. it was 12 days after they packed up my things that they told me that my things would arrive - 6 days after that day! when they were packing my things, I noticed they never used bubble wrap, even with the fragile items. save yourself the time and trouble and use a different moving company.
