If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. The moving of our items was a disaster. Many items were damaged. Notice in the pictures how items were packed. No wonder things broke. We even had another moving company employee come and look at the way our items had been packed. He couldn't believe it. We sent pictures, emailed, called and left messages numerous times only to be ignored. The only way I finally got someone to call me back was because I put in a request for a moving quote and changed my last name in the info. We purchased the basic value protection. We should be getting some type of reimbursement for ALL the damage to our possessions. Yet 2 months later..nothing! This business does not hold themselves accountable for what they do.
