What express movers had did to my family friends brother ! He is on dialysis & for these people to take advantage of his situation is very messed up ! Let me explain. These men had told him he would NOT have to pay MORE then the 550 cash asked ! By the end of the move for these men to charge him $1045 was RIDICULOUS from WAIANAE TO WAIPAHU ! For one when I showed up TWO of the men were on their phone the whole time prior to being 15-20 min late to the designated home leaving 15 min BEFORE we did from the last house in Waianae ! While moving things into the new house they were damaging tables leaving wheels behind AFTER they left in the walk way going to the house. One of the men continued to carry one object in his hand at a time. For example carrying in one cheap ass Walmart fan in one hand and his phone in the other ! Going back to the last house that was being moved, they left it absolutely thrashed ! Did not move everything that was told of them (I have pictures !) They had left his vacuum there which was broken in half ! So their job was more than incomplete. Calling the company to complain to get HUNG UP on multiple times was going no where to try and help him. They left him with $60 to his name using his stimulus for this move ! And all the other number were added AFTER the fact ! They also charged a 190 something dollar fee for “the walk” the man in the picture stated(I have pictures). The client was and is not a confrontation person and does not understand to much about what went on and lives alone ! This is a warning please watch out for these people ! ⚠️ They made like he had no other choice as if they were going to stop in the middle of the move once they finally showed up to the destination & told him he will get charged reguardless because they have his card on file even if he doesn’t agree to what was happening !

I hired this company and dealt with Marco to have two boxes of my sons work tools moved from Oahu to Kona. They picked up the boxes on 1-22-18 and never delivered them. They say they can't find them but after 10 different excuses, I filed a police report and a BBB report. DON'T USE THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF.

Moved a few big furniture items from Makawao to Kula on Maui. Good communication, and when there was small confusion about a destination address they were more than generous on discounting the time. They guys were young lean and strong. They did a great job, worked hard, and were friendly and nice. I would suggest to any customer that if you treat folks with respect and aloha, you will receive it in return. That's how our day went, and it was great. I'd use this company again, and may consider it soon to haul away some old stuff on our new property.
