We had an incredible experience with FlatRate Movers during our move from Brooklyn to Chappaqua. We have been using FlatRate Movers since 2014, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Adam, our estimator, was professional, responsive, and made the entire process feel organized and stress-free from the beginning. Everything he promised was delivered exactly as expected.
The moving team was absolutely outstanding. This was a large two-day move involving packing, loading, storage, and delivery, and the crew never stopped working. They were unbelievably hardworking, careful with our furniture and fragile items, efficient, respectful, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. It was honestly impressive to watch how coordinated and professional the entire team was.
Moving is usually a stressful experience, but FlatRate made it smooth and manageable from start to finish. You can tell these guys truly care about doing the job right. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend FlatRate Movers to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.
