Oh, where to begin with Fox moving? Note that my displeasure is with the Fox company, not the moving crew themselves (surprise, they’re contractors not actual Fox employees). The crew was professional, efficient and timely. The abridged version of this story is that the day of our move, Fox Moving left myself, my wife, 18-month-old, 3-year-old and my wife’s parents stranded without a place to stay at 1PM right after they loaded all of our belongings in a box truck. We were told we could speak with the owner the following Monday to work out a discount of some sort. When Monday came, the owner would not speak with me. Instead, he had someone else at the company inform me that there would be no discount other than them covering our hotel rooms. I feel compelled to let everyone hear this story so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I can’t remember the last time I wrote an online review but this warranted one in my book.
