Giant Removal has gone above and beyond for my father who is over 70 years of age. My father moved from a one-bedroom flat which was 4 stories high and had no lift. It is a nightmare to climb up to his flat let alone carry anything. Sam and Jacob carried some seriously bulky heavy furniture down those dreaded stairs and bless them both they did it all from the heart, their kindness, carefulness, helpfulness and just their humanity is flawless.
My father and I are both overwhelmed with the way they handled the full delivery from start to finish. The way they totally covered the sofas in plastic wrap before loading, the way they protected a glass dining table with a special foam, I could go on and on for ages, you guys are simply the best cost-effective removal company I have ever come across in my life.
I cannot thank these guys enough, I would like to offer my personal gratitude to Sam for everything he has done for my father, you guys have absolutely smashed it !! Wishing you and your team all the best for the future. Ps we need more people like you in this world, someone that does their job with such passion and humanity is very hard to find. Thank you.
