I’ve been waiting since September for a $67 check for the horrible movers they hired that damaged my apartment and couch . My move was from atl to houston , they were so attentive to get my money , then when it was time to pay for the insurance out , thousands of dollars worth of damage they only want to pay $67 .. ridiculous, and still haven’t paid it yet and it’s been 8 months ..

BUYER BEWARE. In October a broker had me work with Global. They no showed (for pickup) on a date agreed upon after missing 2 other dates for pickup, with no communication. There has been no compensation for my flight change after being told there would be. They won't return phone calls or emails. Their customer service is terrible. I tried to reach them for weeks. I couldn't get a reply to find out about my shipment. Nothing was conveyed to the length it would take my shipment to arrive. They wouldn't respond to my inquiries and seemed to be ignoring me. I contacted all different numbers and emails and received no response. I cannot believe the lack of help and unprofessionalism of this company. I am so disappointed and wish I could warn others before they use this company. All I can say is DON'T use this company.

2021 contracted to move and store items for year. Lost many items, broke many items. dirve Kyle was arrogant and terrible person in charge. hired packers from 100 miles away on first day and they did not show up second day. Driver was always half day late with attitude that he did not need to call and inform. Could not get anyone at home office. submitted claim for damage in 2022 and still waiting for check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They took my money, missed dates, gaslit me, did not provide proper information to the insurance company and ignored many of my phone calls. They picked up 24 hours later than originally coordinated by a broker and then delivered 2 months late. After that point, they then missed their delivery window by over 8 hours. Unclear if this was total incompetence or if there was malicious intent.

These ppl are really very low. The movers showed up, none spoke english, they damaged a floor and when i pointed it out to them the 3 surrounded me until i signed off. Around $2,000 above quote, when i finally got my belongings the druver showed up alone at 230am. Broken items , missing (stolen) items, im currently working with the NC attorney general and theyre so arrogant they wont respond to their office. My next move is to press charges for grand larceny, extortion and breach of contract. i Have the extortion on video if anyones interested... worse company ive ever had any dealings with and im not stopping til i get a full refund
