I just called to get a quote and the man I spoke with on the phone was extremely aggressive and made me uncomfortable. He kept telling me I couldn’t find better business than him. Felt like he was aggressively harassing me. Yuck.

Well This peoples are chatters they give me price for 4 men and then they sent only 3 that took them over 10 hours and price difference for 3 to 4 mans are $ 20 an hour they don’t want to pay back. On top of that they charge unnecessary charges like fuel surcharge that they did not put it in estimate did not deduct deposit and first time customers 10% discount wasn’t given their quote and final bill is totally different. I tried to call and they just ignore and comes out too many excuses and giving me turnaround. Only thing I wanted they did job and they get paid for what they do but they are UN professional I DO NOT RECCOMEND anyone TO GET SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. Basically they charged me 500$ more and not willing to settle the price. .

HORRIBLE - DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - Overcharged me, charged for items that were stated as free in the quote (blankets and packaging tape), didn't deliver all items, were very slow in packaging and I had to help unpack to avoid additional extra charges. A $300, one bedroom, local move (3 miles away) turned into a $450 move with several items damaged and one missing. I attempted to contact Good Movers in Capitol Heights, MD on several occasions with no response. I am considering filing a BBB complaint. I would NEVER use them again.
