We are working with Gouffon for compensation, but are very unhappy with the move. I will update this with final results and the detailed review I did on Google, but we are very disappointed. The packing of fragile items was pathetic and a number of valuable pieces of ceramic and glass artwork were broken. These guys clearly do not know how to pack, if you have something fragile, watch their every move. They also seemed to have no concern that they were dragging in leaves and debris from outside and onto our white carpets. Also, the estimate went up about 25% on the day of the move. If and estimated can't be more accurate then that, then what is the point. The whole process was a disaster.
