Austin and James were great. Company called the day before to confirm appointment. The guys called to let me know when they were headed to my address. It was a rainy day and they did a great job protecting my stuff from the rain. Even put down a runner to minimize wet footprints for the delivery. Very helpful and professional and quick. Would definitely use their company again.

Help-U-Move was great! Chino, Marty, James & Tony showed up on time and worked hard and were very efficient. We especially appreciated how careful they worked to avoid nicking or denting our wood finishes and also the flooring in both of our homes. Overall, just some really hardworking and polite group of guys. Also, our quoted estimate was accurate as well.

Had to move my mom into assisted living in Walla Walla. I had received a referral for "Help You Move", out of Pasco and since I was from out of town,I was hopeful they would do a good job. They exceeded my expectations from the first conversation with the company to the handshake with Kris, and Elijah after all was said and done. I would highly recommend this company, clean ,polite, extremely efficient and honest. Thank you so much guys , You made it so easy for this grandma to help her even older mom have (what could have been a very stressful experience) , an easy move. Once again, thank you! Debbie Hudson

It's always a crap shoot dealing with moving companies and all the extra and secret charges they attempt to add on. Help U Move assisted me this week with my move and I can't state how happy I was with the process from start to finish. Easy process to request a quote online and quick turn time. Very honest and up front about the process and they did exactly as they said the would. The moving crew team were respectful and highly efficient and provided amazing service. Highly recommend this company.
