They are scam artist. The ad says no hidden fees, you call and give them the exact scenario ("if 2 guys come @ $50 per hour to move me and it takes 3 hours I only owe you $150, correct" - man on phone says yes correct!
They show up with 3 men, a generic freight bill with no company info at all on it, they add fees for SO many things its horrible. $70 fee to drive to you, $45 gas fee, $ 40 service charge (for WHAT??) and $90 for steps. NEVER was told any of this when making the reservation and I ASKED! They asked me to help them with moving the stuff when we arrived at my new place which was only 1.5 miles from my old place - super easy move- no major furniture..etc.
Charged me for 4 hours in cash, made me pay before they even took the stuff out of the truck and left without letting me inspect it like I was supposed to do when the move was over with. They even stole a new cell phone I had in one of the boxes- and I Know it packed it cause it was one of the last things I did before they showed up! REAL disgusting people!
