They were prompt even when I had to push the original move time back an hour to get another sized moving truck. I had to move all my parents furniture out of the home I grew up in. It was emotional and intimidating. But he and his co-worker made it easy. They had to move a piano, a fridge and other super heavy and bulky things. When a problem arose getting the fridge out, they knew what to do. They took the door off the hinges, winkled it outside and through a very narrow area outside. They put the door back on in nothing flat. They packed everything exactly the way it was needed (multi stop drop off) wrapped, padded, strapped and loaded. NOTHING moved, broke or shifted on a VERY along drive. He even took time to give me some pointers on driving the truck which was super helpful! Great job, guys! Thank you so much!
