Dishonest Crooks! Should be called Ace Ventura Moving. Your precious belongings would be in better hands w/Jim Carey. Charged double the original estimate to have almost every piece of furniture damaged, including vintage heirlooms, 1 framed artwork stolen, 4th wheel on bed frame lost, boxes marked fragile dropped down stairs, crushed, looked like had been dragged behind the truck! Drivers arrived @8pm, smoked pot on back porch, blasted profane music ‘til they left @1am, w/held parts of contract w/terms and list of inventory which they fabricated items in order to inflate price. Mispresented liability insurance and wouldn’t take credit card at pick up as stated. Broker arranged delivery from storage b/c they wouldn’t call us. After we reported them to DOT the broker negotiated a refund for $324 for AAPR discount they didn't honor, but then they refused any/ all further communication, including ignoring request to participate in Attorney General’s mediation program. In almost 4 mos. never spoken to customer service. Run, don’t walk away from these people!
