Jackson & Brock moved our home of over 30 years to a downsized condo. The houses were 7 miles apart. They promised to move us with care and wrap everything. They ripped our white silk sofa and got black grease on a matching sofa and broke an antique wrought iron table.
They took 9 hours to do a job they said would take 4-5 hours and did not finish the job. They are ignoring all letters and phone calls about repairing the damage.
They were much more concerned about us paying them “in cash” than the problems they created. Kayla said she would have the owner call us to discuss the problems. We found out after they left that Calvin, who was one of the movers and was on the job, is the owner.
VERY POLITE AND NICE BUT EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOPPY! You will be very sorry if you use these people. They are hiding from correcting their mistakes, won’t contact us. I’ll be making other complaints as they are recommended by Uhaul.
