We moved from Fl to MO and went over every aspect of the move. They understood the month or so it would take before we were ready to accept delivery of our belongings and we were provided a quote of approx $13K. Ended up paying them about $27K to move from FL to PA, then PA to MO. They called each one a separate move along with charging for storage. Mind you they were aware of what our plans were when they gave us the quote. We found a couple expensive items damaged from being obviously dropped, they denied everything even though I provided pictures. I do have to say the guys that packed/picked up then delivered our stuff were great, just whoever was handling at the facility and dealing with claims were terrible. They had us over a barrel as they required payment before they would deliver.

I put 1 star because I had to list at least one on the Yelp likert rating scale. If I could provide 0 stars, I would do so. Jensen Movers and Storage promises you expert service but they are a complete scam. They are extremely unprofessional, their quality of work is horrible and they do not honor their commitments. Jensen Movers and Storage is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Here are some facts about our business dealings with Jensen Movers and Storage: We provided emails that itemized what we wanted moved to our new home, in advance of the move. We met their team on move day and walked the home with them. We pointed out each item (and it’s label) that was to be moved to our new home. During the move they destroyed our walls, rugs and flooring at our old home and at our new property. They would not clean up or repair the damage when asked to do so. They tried to tell us they were finished with the move. We pointed out that our daughter’s bedroom set, many boxes from our closets and bedroom comforter’s were not brought to the new home. They said - quote: “oh we must have overlooked that stuff because some of the doors were shut”. We thought they were joking, they weren’t. Then they told us it would be an extra charge to go back and get the items they forgot to bring. I wrote an email to the management of Jensen Movers and Storage. They replied and told me they weren’t going to provide any type of refund, they could send another team out and charge us to move the items - and that if we didn’t agree to those options, we could speak with their lawyer. I provided my number and asked for their Lawyer to call me. I haven’t heard back from them. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM: Jensen Movers and Storage. I lost $1,000 working with them - don’t make the mistake I did.

We used Jensen Movers to relocate from Philadelphia to State College in June 2019. My family and I have moved frequently and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a moving company. Here is a brief list of issues that we had: - failure to label boxes - failure to wrap fragile items, pictures, glassware, etc. - hiding furniture in closets to avoid moving items - theft of personal property - over 20 items damaged, destroyed, broken. including a family heirloom that we specifically identified to the packers and asked to wrap perfectly. It was shattered on arrival and had 0 packaging to protect it - abrasive and disrespectful responses from management when attempting to address issues - charging nearly $1500 more than the original quote If anyone is considering using Jensen Movers I would welcome you to contact me (jeffcook67@gmail.com) and I will forward all documentation, correspondence and photographs of the many frustrations we had with this company. I would strongly suggest that it is worth considering any other company, looking back I would spend more on the move to ensure more positive service. This move was a disaster for our family, and Jensen Movers have taken no responsibility for failure to provide even close to the service we paid them to perform.

If you are reading this review, this is all you need to look. WORST MOVING SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER USED. Packing was horrible. They broke lot of stuff and just threw stuff in boxes. They did not pack everything the first day so on loading day everything got delayed. They arrived late on the day of loading. They did not realize that truck they got was not enough and so towards the end of the day they had to call for another truck that delayed service for another hour. On delivery day they arrived late and then they were supposed to unpack per deal. Crew was LAZY and claimed that they had no idea that they had to unpack. They were so tired and disinterested towards the end that I had to let them go. When I called them the customer service was horrible. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Don't look at any other reviews, just trust me, this is a bad bad service.
