In December I had hired another company to move me but they never showed up. After waiting 4 hours I started calling around hoping that I could find a new moving company to move me as I was suppossed to start my job in two days and needed to get moved quickly. After calling and speaking with, "Jim" from Jim's Moving Company, I was pleasntly surprised that he said he would be right out to give me an estimate and if I liked it he could have a crew there within 2 hours to move me. Jim showed up within 45 minutes driving a truck with their company name on it and in uniform. He was very calm, understanding, pleasant to talk to and he was very honest and fair with the qoute he provided so I booked with "Jim's Moving Company". I was pleasantly surprised when while standing in my living room, he called his office and stated that I had booked and they needed to get a truck out to me right away. Within an hour a truck showed up with 3 movers. Within 10 minutes of the truck arriving, Jim came back to see how things were going. After I expressed my frusteration with the other company, Jim assured me that I was in good hands and called for another crew to come help. In total, Jim had 6 people loading my 4 bedroom house into their truck. Not once did he mention or ask for any additional money. Not only did Jim's Moving Company load my 4 bedroom house in the time frame qouted, they moved me from Kenosha to Eau Claire Wisconsin and unloaded my belongings the same day. The $969.42 I paid for this move was well worth it. Jim's Moving Company turned a nightmare of a move into a pleasant experience, I recommend them to everyone I know.
