Johnny was initially very nice on my first phonecall with him, but the professionalism diminished quickly from there. His workers complained, took smoke breaks, and were way too hasty and careless with my belongings. They damaged my property not once, but twice. I had to pay in full before the insurance claim was put through, which should have been my first red flag. Their insurance denied the claims, so my furniture was taken to a third party. The furniture was repaired beautifully, but bringing the items back, one item was damaged again. Putting ithe drawers back into a chest, a track was broken. I requested a third party to come repair the track, as I no longer trust this company with any of my belongings. Johnny currently has not gotten back to be regarding ordering new tracks. When asked, Johnny was upset that I left a negative review, and the lack of professionalism is exhibited via text message shown. This company exhibits a lack of care for your belongings, lack of care for your time, and lack of professionalism. Do not trust them with your valued items.

I would give zero stars if I could. The worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I have used professional movers 4 times now and have many valuable that have made it through those moves unscathed. Not with this company. I had many broken items including irreplaceable items. Additionally, they left items at the pick up house and said it was our fault. They also left garbage there which I was unaware of until I went back to get the items they left behind, Premium Price for Sub Par service. Stay Away. Stay FAR away!!!

DO NOT HIRE! Complete fraud. They quote you a price and then demand more money multiple times during the move. We moved approximately 2 blocks from our old apartment to our new apartment. They arrived late. Once they arrived at 11am they began to load up our two bedroom loft. We hired them for 4 hours. They finally finished at 8:30pm. After asking us multiple times for more money, they just put our stuff in the hallway once we refused to continue to pay them. They broke several boxes worth of our stuff and kept pieces of our furniture on their truck. They refused to answer our calls. On the following Monday, we called their office and were told to fill out an insurance claim. It would take 90 days to have the claim reviewed is what we were told. Then...they blocked our numbers. These guys are dangerous. Do not let them into your home.

Unprofessional, Scammers, and Money-hungry Predators. Do NOT use this moving company. They tell you one price when booking the appointment and then when they arrive the price magically inflates. The appointment was originally for 8 am. They called that morning to tell me they couldn't make it until 6 pm, then called back to say they could make an earlier time, but with 3 men instead of 2, neglecting to tell me, at that point, that the price would significantly increase. When they got to me, told me a 1bedroom job with boxes would take SIX hours. Six hours? We were only driving 15 minutes to the drop-off. Every hour past 3 would increase by $110 instead of the $80 originally quoted. I had no choice but to have them begin loading the truck as I had to be gone that day. That's how they get you. Back you into a corner. They broke my lamp and told me it was already broken. They scratched my furniture. At the drop off they refused to unload the truck until I paid them in cash, literally sitting in the hallway on the floor until the cash exchanged hands.

I would give zero stars if I could. I've moved over twenty times in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The movers purposefully took their sweet time loading their truck. I've had movers load less in a shorter amount of time. 4 & 1/2 hours to load a two bedroom apartment and I was helping to speed along the process? I've had it done in two. They were not careful at all. I watched one guy put a table on his back and lift it directly into the light fixture that was above it. They broke two front legs off a brand new chair, chip the corner off a bookshelf, and lost hardware needed to assemble my bed. The lied and said they told me I'd be charged for them to take a 30 minute break before I signed the agreement. I was never told such a thing. They took so long the truck wasn't loaded until 8 p.m. when they arrived at 3:15. My items weren't delivered until the next day due to a curfew which I understand but I was told they couldn't come until 3 or 4 the following day. What, no!? I shouldn't have to ask for them to come in the morning seeing as I had to go overnight with none of my stuff.. They should accommodate their customers in the order in which they're scheduled, but no, I had to ask them to do something that should be common sense in a customer service oriented business. So then I was told they'd arrive between 8 & 9. I spent the night at my boyfriend's house and made sure I was going to be home by 8 a.m. I got a call at 7:15 saying they'd be at the drop off location in twenty minutes. When I told them they were early and I wasn't going to be there until 8, they told me I was being charged for that time even though they decided to come early. Then I was told they wouldn't unload unless I paid cash in full. CASH, only illegal businesses only accept cash. Since they underestimated the total because they took so damn long I had to run to the ATM (wasting more time) just so they would finally give me my stuff. All of my boxes were dumped in my front room and none of my furniture got reassembled leaving me to do that myself after spending $990 dollars. I can see why they're not BBB accredited. I'm not one to complain either. The only two yelp reviews I've ever given was because I was so happy with my experiences. Even with not so great experiences I understand that sometimes things happen, the world is not perfect but this was just too many things gone wrong for me to leave them unsaid. I also was not reimbursed for any of the damages or offered a discount for alllll of the inconveniences. Finally, I was told the only way to speak to the owner was by sending an email to the general email that all employees had access to then it would be forwarded to his email. What a joke.
