Kanguro Removals are excellent company to work with, they really took all the hassle out of moving. The communication was open, honest and clear from the get go (inc fair pricing). When they arrived to do the job they were fast, friendly and efficient. We had some pretty bulky/heavy items - they handled them with care and ease. I would 100% recommend them to anybody needing removals.

The packing crew was fast, polite, and organized. They color-coded the boxes by room and kept a meticulous log inventory that made unpacking a breeze. Moving with young kids is inherently stressful, but the movers were incredibly kind, patient, and careful not to disrupt our family dynamic. The delivery on the other side was just as smooth. "We chose this company for our relocation because they offered a consolidated container option that fit our budget, along with full vehicle shipping. Shipping an SUV overseas is nerve-wracking, but they explained the entire process clearly. They drove the car to their secure warehouse, disconnected the battery, drained the fuel to the required level, and safely secured it inside the container alongside our household goods using heavy-duty straps and wheel chocks. We were able to track the vessel's progress across the ocean via an online portal they provided. Both our household belongings and our vehicle arrived exactly within the estimated delivery window. The car was completely pristine—no scratches, and it started up perfectly.

I just completed my removal and the 2 guys I had were absolutely fantastic. Very careful, everything arrived at destination perfectly fine. It was all done in the time frame of the booking. They made it stressfree from start to finish. But also head office always quick with their communication. I really cannot recommend them enough.
