Little Justin's Moving in Ephrata, PA ruined our furniture by not packing our truck properly for an out of state move and not using all the moving blankets and tie down straps we provided to them. We have thousands of dollars worth of damage to our belongings. The back of the moving truck looked like a dumpster with everything just tossed in without protection. Our dining room set has numerous areas where the finish is completely scraped off. Our couch has rips and black grease marks on it. Our dressers have scratches and dents. A table snapped in half. Some of our boxes were completely crushed. They asked us for photographs of the damages, receipts, and invoices, which we provided. If they have insurance, we haven't been notified. They strung us along for months and, now that their busy season is over, they've ceased all communication with us.
