Don’t even waste your time with them . They were over an hour late. The big guy doesn’t do anything but complain to the employees that he overworks. He always asked for more money. They took 4 hrs when it was supposed to be 2 and they broke my tv! PLEASE do not use this company!!

The guy is miserable and bitter. Rude is an understatement. Shouldn't be working with people, go be a janitor. No people skills, impatient, makes assumptions, assumes the worst. SStan's around all day making his temporary employees do all the work.

The customer service and respect is nonexistent. The manager (big guy with braids/dread) is overly disrespectful. While speaking with him, he impolitely walked away from me and disregarded everything I said afterwards and basically said ‘ forget you ‘ with an attitude. I will never recommend this company to anyone. One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch and in this case, cause you to lose customers! For such a small business, you would expect the upmost service in order to gain customers and referrals , instead , this guy is helping you lose just that!

I hired this copying to assist me from moving to my older property to my new property. Their service was horrible, there were late several hours, the guy who owns the company sits in his truck in over work his employees. They damaged my furniture before even putting it on the truck and then they want to charge you outrageous hourly prices. The owner who sits in his truck does not assist his employees but every hour comes in to make sure that he's getting paid at the end of the day. He has this helper that goes by the name of Josh who talked the entire time instead of being productive. His talking led to ours that could have been saved on the overall charge. You can tell that these guys are young and inexperienced with your merchandise because the way they stack is horrible and the way they treat your merchandise is even more worse... I really wanted to pull the plug halfway into the moving services but I was on a timeline. I tell anyone who is hiring this company to be very very very cautious. They are very unprofessional, they're young and have no clue of what they're doing!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! After research I see that they're getting their jobs offer a load board so when you're trying to book a moving services please let them know do not use Luci.ano Moving Services and more!!!! At the end if you use this coming then you will be very unsatisfied, out of a lot of money and have to repair half of your furniture!!!!
