Please spare yourself the frustration and stress of using this company!! Not only is their customer service awful, but they contracted my business out to AV Moving, who in-turn increased the price per square foot I was "contracted for in writing" through Magic. Magic, of course, was no where to be found to help get this corrected. I attempted several contacts and was ignored. I did get ahold of Sam Pearce once and he promised to talk to his president and the president at AV moving and get this corrected, but I never heard from him again. I ended up having to pay the additional monies and was threatened with my things being left in storage at a rate of $300/month until I paid AV in full. If Magic contracts their business out to other movers, they should be required to tell you upfront that they are going to do so, and they should still be responsible for the move. The company they contracted to complete my move has now lost 5 boxes, 2 tables, 2 candle holders and a bed frame. I am receiving no help from Magic in getting this resolved with the company THEY CHOSE to do what I hired them to do. .
