We recently used MVM for our out-of-state move from Toledo, Ohio area to East Tennessee.
After hearing all of the horror stories and warnings about how bad moving companies are, we were pretty nervous about the move. We received a very fair quote and decided to give them the job. What a great experience we had!!
We contracted them to move some specific large and heavy furniture items (including a 900lb safe) and some random heavy wardrobe boxes and other miscellaneous boxes we packed ourselves.
They showed up one day 1, on time and ready to work. There were 3 movers (Noah, Maverick, and Shinar) and they were absolutely incredible!! They were very organized, professional and loaded up fast. They took care with our belongings and packed the truck efficiently. It was pretty amazing to watch.
Day 2 was driving and the driver (Noah) kept in contact with us and let us know when he got to town and confirmed his arrival time for Day 3.
Day 3 was just as amazing as Day 1. The truck arrived on time and was unloaded swiftly, in the time as listed on our estimate. Our belongings were handled with care. We had NO damage or losses during the move.
I cannot express how happy we were with the experience we had and would definitely recommend MVM to anyone in need of a mover. They are a terrific company to deal with.
