Great team! From the beginning to the end, the process was superb! My initial contact was with Ben and he stayed with us thru the entire move. We started over 6 months prior to the actual move due to construction delays. When the time came for the move, the team did an excellent job. Moving heavy furniture, disassembling and reassembling beds, and placing all items within the appropriate areas. Our items were packed well and covered by the team. There were only minor dents and dings (much less than i expected for this type of move!). Shout out to the moving team (if i get the spelling wrong I apologize, as I working from memory): Alejandro, Aseil, Jordan, Tumari, Davion, and Jaron! Thanks for a great experience and the price was great also!!!

30 minute travel for 1 load--washer ,dryer, queen side bed dresser, night stand, and boxes . Start time 2:30 but movers returned 4 hrs later Company called constantly and "Mike" kept saying movers to arrive shortly to make 1 more trip ; 4 hrs later--7pm they arrived for next load Informed I needed to pay additional $700-- did not understand how my waiting for their return would cost me. My daughter's offered $400 more but "Mike" refused any negotiation attempts I had to call police to prevent movers from taking my property to their storage as directed by "The Boss". --Slick talking CROOKS. This Civil matters should have been filed as a legal matter if I had not been admitted to the hospital before 9am the next morning for the next 3 days. CROOKS, LIARS,SCAMMERS--NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED For Fraud, deceptive business, and intimidation Tactics. Total merchandise loaded for 2nd trip could not be taken off and "boss" instructed movers to take property to their storage where I would have to pay Them STORAGE --thankfully the police asked Movers to allow my family and friends to take merchandise off their truck. Move completed the next day after renting another truck and paying movers to complete the move due to closing scheduled for the next day This experience can only be compared to the trauma I had / have with surgery and horrible experience dealing with cancer . Footboard to bed broken, new carpet damaged (black spots) where they tried unsuccessful to glue footboard. Headboard left leaning against bathroom door. Can anything be done to prevent this LLC from continuing to operate; can others be made aware of this fake LLC Found MJC movers on AnGi but what I experienced was a true nightmare . negative 100% Rating !!! We had the pleasure of hiring three, of MJC’s finest, kindest, and most considerate movers, over the holiday weekend, (on a Sunday of all days). Robin Williams and his team Jaquan, & James were quick, and got the job done. Did I mention how considerate and respectful they all were? It makes a stressful move special, when the people who are there to help, actually care about what they are doing and can have fun while doing it. Give Alanna a call at MJC, she’ll get you all set up for a stress free move in no time, with yet another, amazing personality! I think you’ll be relieved if you do & thankful you read my review before calling another company. I can not thank all of you at MJC enough. Truly. Thank you for making this easy.

Just a trash company. Underestimated my move just to show up and charge me 3x the estimated quote. Quoted $900, total move costed $2500. They charged me $500 for tape. 2 guys did most of the work, while the other 2 were just their to prolong time. Mike stayed on the phone for the majority of the time to coach them how to steal time from customers. Will never use them.

Simply, do not use. Smooth talkers. A move that took 3 hours, including travel time. Suddenly, I was charged the travel time and added labor hour on top of travel time. Thus a 2 hour labor and 1 hour for travel time. Started was quoted at 387. They started at 10:15a ended at 1:15 Is that not 3 hours.387.00? My bill was 520.00, and refused to unload until I paid. Don't go for Ben, owner or anyone at that company. You have been for warn. On me for not reviewing their low score. Hope you enjoy the extra money you stole, Ben.
