I was brokered here from Proud American. The price was raised three times. Delivery was delayed from 7 days (according to Proud American customer service) to 21. Delivery was slipshod, boxes unmarked, left wherever there was space. Of course, I had signed the waiver of insurance. What could happen? It was already WAY too expensive. 2 boxes of cookware were never delivered. Worst? I told the packing foreman that the container which held a ziplock bag of gift cards, 3 men's watches, and my fine jewelry was NOT to be packed. I would carry it personally. It WAS packed. (I was alone and was supervising downstairs.) When all the boxes were unpacked following the delivery, the container was there...with the watches and gift cards. $10,000. worth of jewelry was gone. MMG estimates an interstate move at $4,997. My two-bedroom apartment cost me over $9,000. These people are thieves and incompetent, to boot!!
