I was pick up in mia. By far the best moving company I ever been with . the men were so professional and accurate . they came in disassemble wrapping up everything loaded the truck and headed to my new home in Tampa . put everything in my new house where ever I liked it . I am so happy this was my decision the best I ever made .. moving usa is the best moving company in the business . would never use any other company .

Clothes on hangers were just thrown in a box, not a wardrobe box & because they had our belongings in storage for a month, most of our dress/business attire was severely wrinkled. We have a broken lamp, our best lamp. Be have scratches on bedroom furniture. Tape was placed directly on furniture. The four men who packed the content of our apartment were nice, however, when we opened the boxes that they had packed, we were very surprised and angry, especially considering we had generously tipped them. The two men who unloaded the were nice, however, we got off to a bad start, one asked my husband for money first in a manner my husband perceived as crude and an argument ensued. After we got cash rather than the cashier's check that we had purchased, we received our belongings. My husband did not file any claim with the company due to his embarrassment for securing such an unorganized group of movers (and since I wanted to pack our belongings & he paid to have have them professionally packed, and the outcome was worse than I anticipated). We will not use this company in the future and unfortunately, based on our experiences, will not recommend them to others.

These guys were a headache from the time they took our stuff out of our house in VA. The only thing good about them is when they come in to pick up the stuff. The packing and the loading of the stuff is quite good and professional. But from then onwards pray to god that your stuff reaches you! We used these guys to shift our 1 BR apt stuff from VA to Dallas. They reached 14 days after the requested date! We had to spend way more than our budget at the hotel we were staying in. I was moving due to a job change and the company wasn't paying for relocation, so every penny came out of my own pocket.The worst part was when they eventually arrived after 14 days! The driver was super rude and he made a decision that the truck can't reach my apartment through the entrance of my apartment complex. They asked for extra money to bring a smaller truck and money to do the loading twice -1. from the big truck to the small one. 2. from the small one to my apartment.They will show you 100s of documentation and throw legal jargons but will not take any effort to help you out in any way.Avoid these people, they are really really bad and out to get as much money out of you as possible. All their front office folks - Sandra, Natalie etc are pretty much full of BS. They will be amazingly patient with your phone calls as long as you are a prospective client but as soon as they have your business, best of luck trying to get a hold of them!

The moving clerk confirmed by email there were no additional fees unless the load was greater than the space size quoted. Upon arrival, if I didn't hand the driver a CASH PAYMENT as demanded, he would not deliver the load. The pickup drivers did not arrive by 3:00 p.m. as scheduled but arrived at 1:30 a.m. the next day instead causing problems with the landlord. The moving quote was $976.52. All items were boxed in boxes purchased prior to their arrival. This company holds you up for additional charges if you want your stuff! I have the invoices to email out if anyone wants proof of their business practices. An email sent to Sandra on 6/23/13: I have not heard from the claims clerk this week. The amount of space used in the move was 58.8 cubic feet: 17 (3cf) boxes is 51 cubic feet; Keyboard 2.6 cubic feet; TV 2.5 CF; Tiki Torches .5 CF; and a coffee table 2.0 CF. The amount should have been 272.49 with 46.50 fuel surcharge for a total of $318.99. I paid $195 on credit card, $520 on credit card and $520 in cash at delivery for a total of $1235.00. I am due a refund of $916.01 since you quoted $976.52 for 50 (3CF) boxes, items and up to 200 CF. No boxes or packing materials were supplied by your company. .

This recommendation is late. My delivery was back in may this year. I am now just getting time to let your company know how much I was satisfied with your service. Sandra rozier relocation specialist was excellent and caring in assisting me with making my relocation move possible. She listened to my concerns about moving my furniture from Maryland to California. She was able to quote me affordable prices and helpful in helping me set up my payment plan. Without her I do not know how I could have managed such a big move. I really appreciated her concern and professional advice. The movers that picked up and delivered my furniture handled my furniture very caring and carefully. They made sure that my furniture taken down and packaged properly. The deliver guys were just as caring in bringing in my furniture and setting it up the same way I had it. Every time I look at my furniture in my place now I think about the hard work these people put in to make my relocation move successful. Please give let all those people know that was involved with my move that I give great thanks and gratitude for their service and care of my furniture and belongs. I will recommend your company to any family, friends, and co-workers that are planning any move. Thank you again, sincerely, Sheri Samuel.
