I used Nation Capital Movers yesterday and had a great experience from start to finish. I booked the move over the phone with Peter, who was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He walked me through every step of the process, clearly explained all charges, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which made the entire experience feel organized and stress-free.
On moving day, we had a four-person crew. Everyone was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. When the truck arrived in the morning it still had some supplies in it, even though I had requested an empty truck. He addressed the issue immediately, made sure it was resolved, and did not start the clock until everything was handled properly, which I really appreciated. The team worked very hard, stayed efficient, and took great care with our belongings. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would absolutely recommend Nation Capital Movers.
