If I could put zero stars I would. Moved from NH to KY. The guys moving the stuff out of the apartment and into the house were great. However the way they treated our stuff between pickup and drop off is deplorable. Every box was dented, every piece of furniture has a scratch or broken, shattered kitchen wear, broken vaccum, broken tv, broken computer… the list goes on and on. Their claims company offered us $130. 60 days later. Not even the price it cost us to replace the tv (which they packed) let alone the hundreds of other items broken. If you’re looking for a moving company steer clear of these people. A sheer disregard for your personal items.

From the time of me moving out of my apt in NJ during Covid-19 to relocating to my new apt in Florida this company provided excellent services. The cost of estimate was the best out of all the companies that I negotiated. The delivery was accurate,the gentleman performance was extremely professional. All of my household items arrived safely. One of the worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. I shipped my furniture from NJ to CA. They initially gave an estimate of 10-15days but it took 60days to get my furniture.. I wasted so much time in writing emails/phone calls etc..at the end it took 60days and we faced so inconvenience living without our furniture and finally when it arrived my TV stand had broken leg and the late compensation they paid is 20$ per day (Total: $340) and even for this check they took 2 weeks to pay it. Terrible service for the price we paid, it's not the cheapest option we had,we actually paid more than other bidders but got this service.. Check the picture if you can't beleive it.

I hired NJT to move my parents to Venice, FL. I contacted them for a estimate The salesperson was extremely informative. She gave me many useful tips to help my parents with their move. I did hire the company to pack their boxes as well. They completed the pack and load in one day. The men were professional. I was concerned about delivery since I had to coordinate my parents arrival in FL. The customer service representative (Erica) was such a help during this process All went well with the delivery. I would recommend NJT to family and friends. Thanks again for everything.

I recently used New Jersey Transport to Move from New York to Florida. I got calls from several companies and felt that I got the most information from New Jersey Transport. The person I spoke to told me everything I needed to do to make sure I had no surprises on the day of the move. He was very thorough and spent time to make sure I understood everything. The day of the move went smooth and the price quoted did go up slightly because I didn't have a box for the tv's or a mattress cover for my box spring and mattress . That was about $100 for packing materials .Delivery also went smooth and I received my things in 8 days. I never leave reviews but I would recommend New Jersey Transport .
