Initially Johnny was brilliant, helpful, great price, very calm and relaxed. Move day arrived and all seemed to be going well, but it took far longer than expected. I had paid for dismantling and reassembly of furniture, and the lads ran out of time to reassemble any furniture. I was told they would return the next day to reassemble the furniture. That never happened though and since then they have ignored all calls and messages. I can't unpack anything as have no wardrobes or storage furniture assembled to put it in to so the house is in chaos. 2 beds are partly assembled but integral parts have been left out, so unsafe to sleep in. I am unable to assemble myself due to disabilities. Very disappointed in the refusal to respond to calls or messages to sort this out and complete the move. It has marred what would have been a great move and meant I'm unable to give a good review.

They were really calm and got the job done, they brought another van when we ran out of space. Also really really good value!

I cannot recommend these guys enough, mark & simon were nothing short of a god send, worked hard at short notice & made a difficult situation bearable, efficient & professional, genuinely blown away with just how helpful these guys were, thank you so much !

From start to finish a real relief to have these guys doing my move. Johnney is a true gentleman, he made me feel that the move was in safe hands, which it was. The team were on time, polite, courteous and respectful of my property and belongings. Their packing was swift and efficient, loading the van was a work of art, and nothing was too much at the other end. Well worth every penny to have them pack everything up, I've never been so relaxed on a moving day! Thank you Johnney and your delightful team!
