Do not use this company they're very unprofessional and the driver smelled like alcohol I'm pretty sure most of them were drunk and someone left a blunt in my old house. I left the movers to go pick up some things and came back in the weed smell in my house was crazy . They are all scammers they will damage your goods I had a lot of stuff that was broken or scratched . They will also double charge your card a week after and not refund you I'm in a dispute with them right now also they ask you to give them their emai they will also double charge your card a week after and not refund you I'm in a dispute with them right now also they ask you to give them or email and then they have a guy email you a week later saying he will pay you five dollars to write a good fake review do not work with the scammers.

I will be finding all different sites and ways to bad review and shut down this Company. There is no way a Company like this should be in business. They will lie and steal your money. If I can protect even 1 other person from getting scammed by them I will be happy. I already filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and in the process of filing charges against them.

They will tell you the estimate was the flat fee and make you sign the contract. But the day of the moving, the mover gives you twice price. They will not give you the refund your deposit if you cancel the job. They are thieves. Please do not use them.

You call and they say they will do anything. They quote a price. Than they show up in the morning of the move and make up random rates. $140 service charge: not quoted before $70 for gas & toll. I moved 2 blocks. Not quoted before $30 for TV wrapping. I had to put the TV in my car cause I was afraid it was going to break in the truck. $30 Mattress Cover. Over the phone I asked them to bring a cover because the mattress was going in storage. See picture. I put the lamps in my car, they did not have a safe way to put them in the truck. They took apart my son's crib for no reason and they did not put it back together. They loaded my beige couch upside on the truck without any moving blankets. Now it's all dirty. When it came the time to take the table apart they asked me for tools!! Scammers, they are the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Don't believe a word they say. Don't believe the reviews on their website. Everything is fake..

Same problem as Anjali Warier wrote in a different review. Apparently this company is a broker, they sent me a different company to do the moving. Was a very simple moving, only two pieces of furniture. Scott gave me a price that I agreed on. the day of the moving, the truck arrived later, even though I asked to be on time, but this is not the main problem. Everything went fine until was time to pay the remaining balance after 50$ deposit, the guys said that the amount that I had to give them was higher and they didn't know anything about the price that I had. So they called their boss and for about 20 minutes they went back and forth with their boss that didn't accept the balance I was supposed to give them as for the contract. I tried to contact Scott but maybe because was Sunday nobody answered. At the end those guys wanted me to speak with their boss that didn't care about my contract but insisted that I had to pay the amount they wanted. I told him that was not something I had to deal with and eventually he had to contact Scott, but he didn't want to. They even told me that was my fault that I choose a broker for this (I didn't even know it was). At the end I decided to call the cops to settle this situation and finally while I was dialing the number they decided to accept what I really was supposed to pay and left.
