This company is a scam. I would pick zero stars if that were an option. They arrived at my home to pick up my items per the contract, then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t room on the truck for all of the items unless I paid them $1,000 more. I refused to pay more. They refused to give me a refund. They took what they deemed would “fit” for my long distance move, only to ruin it all. My dresser, night stands, dryer, and chest of drawers were destroyed with water damage, large gaping holes, and broken wood. The dryer was so bent it would not rotate. They say it was like this at time of pick up and have offered me $140 to make up for approximately $3000 in damaged furniture.
Additionally, there were multiple “additional fees” added on to the original price that I was forced to pay to get my things delivered. There wasn’t a single item that was not damaged. I question any favorable reviews for this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Noble Moving and Storage LLC from New Jersey.
